I have read yourt website and will read the report, however what I find amusing is that soi many people come up with these fat loss suggestions because they feel that it worked for them so it can work for everyone.
What is not taken into consideration is whether the person can do this or not, even when the desire or motivation may be there it is not always convenient for the person. Also this may be taking in the economic climate of the country that makes eating healthy so expensive and having to work long hours does not exactly motivate anyone.
Then there maybe health issues or the fact that they do not want to eat certain foods or the temptation of foods that are not good choices in the diet, there are loads of issues that I see that are not thought about that this is for the run of the mill everyday person.
