Keep The Workout Moving Along
Second, another important thing that you must do if you want to lose weight with exercises is to keep the workout fast paced and moving along quickly. Don’t ever let yourself doddle between sets. You want to keep them timed properly for best results.
If you’re not keeping the workout fast paced, you won’t burn as many calories after the session is completed, therefore this will take away from the overall fat loss results that you see.
Remember To Breathe

Remember to breathe in during the first part of the contraction and out during the lowering phase.
Add Sufficient Variety

If you’re always going into the gym and performing the same workout over and over again, not only are you likely to get bored and may even drop right off that workout entirely, but your body will adapt as well.
As soon as that initial adaptation takes place, the body will no longer have a reason to get any stronger since it can easily handle the stimulus being placed on the muscles.
Try and change something about your workout around once every few weeks so that you’re always doing something new and shocking the body so it keeps responding.
