    Weight loss is a common subject in books and in the media, but not everything you read is good advice.  Fad diets often promote unhealthy diets that may leave you deficient in important nutrients that your body needs to function every day.  They may be effective for losing weight in the short term, but it may be at a cost to your health, and when you come off the diet, the likelihood is you will put all that weight back on again.

    Here are some healthy weight loss diet tips that can be followed anywhere, everyday:

    Weight Loss, Healthy diet tip 1. Make a delicious low fat mayonnaise by combining one teaspoon of Dijon mustard or satay sauce with low fat yogurt.
