  • Is Salad Dressing Good for Express Fat Loss

As you become more conscious about your nutrition, you might love to
eat a great salad for lunch or dinner. Salad is a great way to eat
your vegetables and with the addition of a good source of protein
like grilled chicken breast, salmon fillet or a can of tuna, you can
    make a very nutritious meal.

The problem often is the salad dressing. Be careful with the dressing.
If you don’t make your own salad, or order one at a restaurant, don’t
forget to ask for the dressing on the side. Most of the time they put
on too much dressing and might can destroy your good intentions.

It is the same thing when you buy salad dressing at the grocery store.
You will be better off making your own dressing. Make sure you use a
good oil like Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Why not try this quick recipe? It’s easy and tastes good:

    -    3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
    -    1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
    -    1tbsp French mustard (Dijon)
    -    Garlic
    -    Salt
    -    Pepper
    -    Herb salad mix

You simply add all the ingredients in a small container, close the
lid and shake it up. That’s it, done.  It’s a better choice for your
salad than the ready-made option from the grocery store.
