    Finish each workout you start and make sure you’ve done your Best.

     

     2- Take setbacks in stride

    Learn from your mistakes and keep looking toward the future

     

     3- Set new goals

    You’ll never know what you can do until you try

     

    4- Work hard

    Talent alone is not enough. Only by hard work can you reach your goal

     

    5-  Make a commitment

    Make a TOTAL commitment to achieve your goals.

     

     6- Be consistent

    Set a regular schedule and stay with it!

     

    7-  Always give 110%

    Do MORE than is expected of you

     

    8-  Be prepared

    To get ahead, plan ahead

     

     9- Have enthusiasm

    Be positive. Enjoy what you do and d it as well as you can
