How Much Sugar do You Eat?
Posted on October 25th, 2009 3 commentsI receive a lot of emails asking me about different types of food or drink. They ask me why I don’t like certain products. It’s simple – they are packed with a lot of sugar.
You eat some snacks, and you think they are not too bad for you. It doesn’t matter – it’s only a little snack. And just 1 pop a day can’t make a big difference.

Nice article. It is scary to see how much sugar is in some products. Unfortunately young kids are the the majority of the ones consuming this stuff. Keep educated people.
