1. Can I build some muscle with the Express Fat Loss Program or I will just lose fat?

With the Express Fat Loss Program you will not just melt your fat away but you will build your muscle mass. You will be able to lose some weight, and because you will learn how to change your habits and how to make the most of your workout program, you will be able to keep it off. It’s very simple and easy to use.
3. Do I need to do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio every day?

No. This is why the Express Fat Loss Program is very unique. You will need to do only 20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I will teach you how to do your cardio to get the best results in shortest time possible. I used the same technique to become the Grand Champion of the Lean Body Challenge 2008 in North America and for my 6th place at the World Natural Championship of Bodybuilding in New-York in 2005. Don’t worry; you don’t need to do boring, slow cardio for 60 minutes to get results. This is a waste of time – I show you how to train smarter, not longer. 4. I heard than just doing cardio is the best way to burn fat.

No. Doing only cardio is not the best way to burn fat. By doing only cardio you will burn your muscle mass and the consequence is that you will ultimately slow down your metabolism. You need to do some cardio and some strength training to get the best results.
5. Do I need to cut all the carbs to lose some weight?

No. If you cut your carbs too low you won’t get lasting results and your health can suffer. This is the mistake many people make. They try to cut the carbohydrate to burn fat. In my Program you will learn which carbohydrates you can eat and why. There are a lot of carbohydrates you will be able to eat with my Program. You will not going on a low carb diet. You don’t need it!
6. I’m a woman. Can I use this program? I don’t want to look like a bodybuilder.

The Express Fat Loss Program is designed for men and woman. If you are a woman you can use this Program, and you won’t end up looking like a bodybuilder. You will lose your fat and get more tone and more definition in your physique. But on this Program you will never look like the women in the bodybuilder magazines. Woman and men have different levels of testosterone, and this is why woman and men build their physiques differently.
7. How many days a week do I need to train to get the benefit of the Program?

To get the best results with my Program I suggest a minimum of 3 days a week training.

11. How much weight I can lose in 4 to 6 months?

This depends on how much effort you put into your program. If you follow the Express Fat Loss Program, you will be able to lose a lot of weight in 4 to 6 months. A healthy rate of weight loss in the Program is 2 lb a week, in 4 to 6 months this means 32 to 48 lbs. lost!
12. To get the best results, do I need to take some fat burner or other supplements?

No, with my Express Fat Loss Program you don’t need to spend any money on ‘fat burners’. They aren’t effective and they waste your money. The only supplement I will recommend for you is protein powder for your protein shakes.
13. With the Express Fat Loss Program do I change routines every 4 weeks?

This is another reason why with my Program you get the best results in a short period of time. By changing your program every 4 weeks, your body will never be able to adapt to your workout, and you will keep gaining lean muscle and burning more fat week after week.
